Elionae Dantas Máximo

Biochemical pharmacist, graduated from the UFRJ, Specialist in Good Manufacturing and Control Practices from the Ministry of Health, through OPAS, Specialist in Food Technology from the UFRJ.

Head of Inspection of the Sanitary Cleaning Area of the Sanitizing Division of the National Health Surveillance Secretariat, now ANVISA (National Health Surveillance Agency), for 7 (seven) years;

Regulatory Affairs Manager at Ceras Johnson Ltda - 1986 to 1995; Consultant at ABIPLA for Regulatory matters and Good Manufacturing and Control Practices for Sanitizing Products, since 2006, with participation in the training of technicians from associated companies in Good Manufacturing and Control Practices;

Auditor in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, medical devices, sanitizing industries in Brazil.

Technical Director of Máximo´s Consultoria Farmacêutica since 1996;

Professor of Graduate Courses at Instituto Racine, based in São Paulo and ICTQ, based in Anápolis 

Máximos Consultoria was founded by the pharmaceutical company Elionae Máximo. For 7 (seven) years, she had the responsibility of leading the inspection sector in the clean products area of the former National Health Surveillance Secretariat, currently Anvisa - National Health Surveillance Agency, a function which she acquired extensive technical experience.

Subsequently, she opted to work in the private sector at a multinational company, having in this new position the responsibility of being the Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Ceras Johnson Ltda from 1986 to 1995.

In 1996, new professional opportunities were before her and aiming to put into practice the knowledge acquired throughout her profession, Elionae Máximo inaugurated Máximos Consultoria Técnica Farmacêutica acting in different segments in the regulatory area, initially in the area of clean products, cosmetics and foods. Over the years, Máximos Consultoria has expanded and competent professionals have been trained and working in our team.

Due to the wide experience acquired in the sanitizing area by the consultant, ABIPLA - Brazilian Association of Industries of Hygiene, Cleaning and Sanitizing Products made an invitation in 2006 for Elionae Máximo to be its newest consultant in the area, an institution that the pharmaceutical company acted providing excellent services for its members for many years, carrying out training on the techniques of the associated companies in Good Manufacturing and Control Practices, and to this day establishes a technical partnership with the association.

Through technological advances in the country, regularization of companies has been required in the main capitals of Brazil and, consequently, new services have been demanded for Máximos Consultoria, including the study and preparation of dossiers for regularization of drugs and medical devices.

The experience in the area of medical devices (formerly related nomenclature) reached its peak throughout the 2000s, with the expansion of this segment in Brazil and the implementation of Good Practices for Manufacturing and Control and Good Practices for Distribution and Storage of Products for Health, a time when the Consultancy was able to provide services throughout Brazil, not only implementing a quality system together with its customers based on the health legislation in force at the time, but also regularizing health products with Anvisa.

Our founder has multiplied the knowledge acquired over the years, training and qualifying her team from Máximos Consultoria and conducting training courses offered at ICTQ educational institutions, Racine Institute and other postgraduate courses in the technical area. (Currently undergoing training expansion through Máximos Treinamento on EAD platform)

Finally, the results acquired and the recognition of clients and professionals who work and worked either directly or indirectly with the consultancy, is the certainty that a dream, a goal that started in past decades, has become reality through will and direction of God in the life of the pharmacist and entrepreneur Elionae Máximo, as she herself believes and always emphasizes in her training, meetings and for her entire team.
